When I first encountered the big sculpture in the center of the waterfront circle in Pesaro, I immediately knew who the artist was -- Arnaldo Pomodoro.
Because not only has he created a sculpture I've seen in Milan, but he's the artist of the large wheel found in the square in uptown Charlotte.
